Coalition Forces detain suspected insurgents
Multi-National Division – Center PAO
RADWANIYAH, Iraq – Coalition Forces detained six suspected insurgents southwest of Radwaniyah, Iraq June 1.
Soldiers of the 2nd Battalion, 14th Infantry Regiment, 2nd Brigade Combat Team, 10th Mountain Division (Light Infantry) from Fort Drum, N.Y., detained the suspected insurgents during a cordon-and-search operation aimed at capturing key leaders within the local insurgency.
The detainees were taken into custody for further questioning.
