Helicopter crashes in Al Anbar Province

CAMP FALLUJAH, Iraq – Five Coalition Force service members died when a helicopter crashed in the vicinity of Al Taqaddum Air Base, Iraq today. 
The CH-47 Chinook helicopter went down while conducting a routine post-maintenance check flight.
The names of the deceased are currently being withheld until next of kin have been notified.
The cause of the incident is under investigation.
