Bodies of 2 Iraqi Policeman found in Tikrit

TIKRIT, Iraq – The bodies of two off-duty Iraqi Policemen were discovered in Tikrit, April 27.
 The two policemen were reportedly off-duty traveling in a privately-owned vehicle when they were fired upon by another vehicle.
 It is believed that the recent rash of attacks targeting Iraqi Police will continue due to their increased effectiveness and cooperation with Coalition forces.
 One local national was also injured in the attack.
