Gen. Mohammed of the 3rd National Police Division met Nov. 3, to discuss common issues about municipal services concerns and joint efforts in the city. During a meeting and visit through the city, the NPs agreed to use engineer assets to assist with traffic flow in the city and also to conduct joint missions with the Iraqi Police. "It was impressive to see the political and security leaders of Mosul meet in the spirit of cooperation in order to better the lives of the citizens, said Col. Geoffrey Ellerson, National Police Transition Team commander in Mosul. These two leaders hold the key to making Mosul a thriving, safe city where Iraqis of all sects live and prosper.
